I have been a creative person most of my life and have always loved painting. A recent trip to Italy inspired some of my recent paintings in this exhibit. One in particular is of a lady walking down a cobblestone street in Italy. Figure studies are a new interest I'm exploring and I am loving the emotion they portray. I have always loved trees and landscapes and that is reflected heavily in my art as well.

My passion for art was fueled by my grandfather who sculpted real landscapes with flowers. Inspiration also comes from nature and the world around me. I try to capture the vibrant colors of nature and the natural contrasts and put them on canvas. I'm looking forward to sharing more pieces in the future.
